AnantnagarYojana is an ambitious urban development project initiated by the Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) to promote planned urban growth and provide housing facilities in Lucknow.The project spans approximately 785.02 acres and is strategically located along Mohan Road, aiming to enhance connectivity and infrastructure in the region.The AnantnagarYojanais designed to transform the region into a modern, well-planned urban area with a mix of residential, educational, and commercial facilities.LDA is committed to expediting development to meet the growing housing demands of Lucknow’s residents.
Pradhan Mantri AwasYojana
The Pradhan MantriAwasYojana (PMAY) is an initiative by the Government of India aimed at providing affordable housing for all. Under PMAY, LDA have constructed three affordable housing: Sharda Nagar Vistar PMAY comprising 2256 units; Sector N, BastantKunj PMAY comprising 2256 units and Sector I VasantKunj comprising 4656 units.
Rashtra Prerna Sthal
RashtraPrernaSthal is a prominent memorial located in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India. It is dedicated to the memory of the freedom fighters and leaders is a symbol of the struggle for independence. The site stands as a reminder of India’s history and its fight for freedom, showcasing the efforts and sacrifices made by various leaders and revolutionaries. RashtraPrernaSthal is designed to honor Sri Ram Prasad Mukherjee ji , PanditDeendayalUpadhyayaji and Sri AtalBihariVajpayeeji who played pivotal role in India’s independence movement and afterwards. It’s a peaceful place for reflection, with well-maintained gardens, open air theatre , multipurpose halls , Helipads , Rally ground , cafeteria , ceremonial gate pathways , parkings flag hosting areas and statues commemorating significant personalities in the Indian freedom struggle.

Lucknow Green Corridor Project
The Lucknow Development Authority is in the process of constructing the LucknowGreen Corridor to achieve nonstop quick road connectivity from the eastern to western part ofLucknow city. The Lucknow Green Corridor Project is a major urban infrastructure initiative aimed at improving mobility and reducing traffic congestion in the city. The project spans 28 km, connecting IIM Road to Kisan Path, and is being constructed in four phases.
Phase 1: A 6.8 km stretch from IIM Road to Hardinge Bridge has been operational since January 2024.
Phase 2: Currently under construction, this phase covers a 9.6 km stretch from Hardinge Bridge to Pipraghat Railway Bridge and is crucial for enhancing connectivity between western and central Lucknow.
Phase 3: This phase covers 5.9 km stretch from Pipraghat Railway Bridge to Shaheed Path.
Phase 4: This phase covers 6.3 km stretch from Shaheed Path to Kisan Path.
